Quality controlled from incoming materials to final QC under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.

Quality control process

Incoming materials: kraft paper and honeycomb board checked against the ordered grammage and grade.
Production: to the specification approved with the customer (size, thickness, plies).
Inspection: paper strength and dimensions tested with in-house equipment.
Final QC: appearance, quantity and packing checked before dispatch.

Certifications and roadmap

ISO 9001:2015 – Quality management system, issued by EFC, No. 3393899030761, valid until 2 September 2029.
ISO/IEC 17025 – planned for 2027 (not yet certified).

KOVIF only publishes certifications it holds. Test reports (SGS, REACH, RoHS) will be published when available; customers can request documents with their RFQ.
